Zubin Bilimoria: Working with the Travel Industry and its vertical the Hospitality industry helped me understand that the industry faced challenges to one of the most critical divisions in any business that is Sales & Revenue where there was no completed solution available. After providing solutions for almost 30 years we decided that it was time to start Bingoforge to address the challenges and pain of our Hotel Partners. Today Bingoforge is a leading Sales CRM solution partner to over 250 plus hotels and growing rapidly.

Zubin Bilimoria: We provide the Hospitality Sales CRM Solutions. Along with all the application relevant to sales and marketing in the Hotel industry . This includes support, trainings, and customisation.

Zubin Bilimoria: Bingoforge, as a Service provider, brings over three decades of Industry expertise. We work very closely with our Hotel partners and ensure that we provide quick solutions to address all their challenges. Our solutions are user friendly, flexible and pocket friendly. We also ensure that we service the Hospitality industry with solutions that meet needs of any size.. To sum it up, our product is a Hospitality Community Sales CRM solution.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Zubin Bilimoria: Like every startup we too faced challenges to bring in the right people and get financial support. However, Bingoforge is booth strapped and we have been able to generate our own revenues and grow our business as most of the money we earned we reinvested in better technology and enhancing our solution. As we were not a well-known company we struggled to build trust in our clients however once they came on board they helped us build our clientele with references.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Bingoforge Pvt. Ltd.?
Zubin Bilimoria: We have been growing steadily and today work with leading hotel brands in the country. Our plan from 2024 shall be to reach out to hotel partners globally. We also look to connect with third-party service providers to enhance our CRM Solution. We are ready to launch our two new products myhotelVISIT and myguestPRO this month. One of our key initiatives will be to invest in technology, people, as well as in Sales & Marketing.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Zubin Bilimoria: It is important to be Focused and not-lose hope. The initial years are difficult but believe in yourself. Make sure you hire the right team. Success of your business does depend on the team.
