Vipul Parekh: As we say necessity is the mother of invention. We saw the need of customized solution in market and started developing custom solutions.

Vipul Parekh: We provide Customized Software development for automating business process. These ERP applications can be for retails, distributors, manufacturers and service industry.

Vipul Parekh:

For developing Customized Software, have our own "Low Code Framework" which gives us power to build complex applications in fraction of time. And hence we are able to deliver faster and cheaper solutions and that too on LIVE applications. This gives us a competitive edge in the industry.


Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Vipul Parekh: One every day struggle is to convince customers that no matter what level of documentation and analysis they do. The actual requirement will always be different. Automation is an evolutionary process and hence a software can never be "finished".

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Virtual Splat Software Pvt. Ltd?

Vipul Parekh: Since we have made 500+ ERP level software's for more then 70+ industries. Our Low Code framework is mature enough to handle any requirement. Hence we have started giving the framework to other IT companies who can make software's and deliver to their customer and make more profits.


Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Vipul Parekh: Think like an entrepreneur. Most of the people, after starting as entrepreneur, becomes manager and executive.
