Vipin Suree : I thought long before answering this question. However we are believers in loving the journey more than the destination. So everything is a learning and it's fun. But the biggest heart breaker is when a client doesn't pay our brokerage - this one is tough.

Vipin Suree : We are a team of approximately 50 now. We love when our team members grow in their roles and make a lot of money. We will be opening up a couple of branch offices this year. In 5 years we will be a 500 people company with offices in 10 or more locations.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Vipin Suree : Get in a business for a minimum of 15 years and then evaluate what's next.
