Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Vinod Kanumalla: I have worked in the industry for more than a decade, I used the see & feel the challenges that use to arise in terms of getting the right trained manpower to the industry, the market was only giving lucrative offers to the students but then with no concrete assessability for them to join the industry, I felt that students are confused & pathless & are struggling to get a platform so I decided to quit my job in Tanzania & start my entrepreneurship venture with what the market was struggling to give & I was excellent with.

Vinod Kanumalla:

Vinod Kanumalla: The lack of awareness about the opportunities & the lack of awareness about the industry amongst the youth is a challenge to get them in & Somewhere our limited presence in the global market makes it a bit difficult to attract more students.

Vinod Kanumalla: With 5 franchises in operation we plan to open at least another 20 more franchises more into the metropolitan cities to grow the business & place at least another 1000 students.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Vinod Kanumalla: Do what you have complete knowledge of & you are confident of doing else it's an open and shut case in the competitive market. It's not an easy survival anymore.
