Vibhuti Agrawal - Advocate

Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Vibhuti Agrawal: I had been into the media field, i.e., Public Relations and Social Media Marketing for over 11 years before I ventured into Law more out of passion. I enrolled into LL.B. in 2014 in SNDT Women's University Law School and that's where my journey in the legal profession began.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?

Vibhuti Agrawal: I classify my services into 3 categories:

1. Legal Consultation - if anyone has a personal or professional problem and are considering the legal option, then they can come for a consultation to know their options. Every problem has multiple solutions and hence, I advise clients on the various options available to them and which of those many options would be best suited to them to achieve the desired results.

2. Legal Drafting - this comprises legal documents to be drafted including Agreements, Contracts, Will, Gift Deed, Release Deed, Power of Attorney, Indemnity, Affidavit, MOU, and the likes. So these are drafted and then registered or notorised as per the requirements.

3. Litigation - this is where I represent my clients in the Court. I primarily operate in 5 major domains including Consumer Forums, Family Matters, Intellectual Property-related matters (registration and disputes), Property (RERA) and Contract (non-payment and cheque bounce). Additionally, I also handle matters related to Succession Certificate, Legal Heirs Certificate, Letter of Administration, Will Probate, Court Marriage, Registration of Marriage, Public Notice and Title Search reports

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Vibhuti Agrawal: Personal attention to every client - since I operate independently, I am completely in sync with every client matter personally.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Vibhuti Agrawal: Being an independent practitioner in the field comes with its own set of challenges, especially when you start off without a GodFather.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Vibhuti Agrawal: Honesty, Hard work, and Persistence.
