Inspired by great thinker Swamy Vivekananda MOVED to help rural growth to get job & livelihood with Burning desire to create 2000 empolyment to class 4 sections...., likewise destiny led to birth of FOCUS INTEGRATED SOLUTION in 2016. We proudly say today we have handholded 500 people till date. Our services include Housekeeping/ security/ pest control/ Hr-payroll solutions/ housekeeping material supply.

What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

Financial challenges to manage & nuture school drop outs from rural at Bangalore. Getting new Clients as having no brand or banner or influence. Guiding and training the rural team was a big challenge as they are not receptive initially and are very stubborn, adamant. Grooming them to the culture and current trend is the next challenge. Everyday was a new challenges and fear around to place them with employment well in time after thrme required trainings.

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Dont give up at any time...face the new challenges everyday & come out with solutions to every problem that you face. NO stages in entrepreneurial journey stays balanced unless we women are balanced and fouced . You are the leader of your soul..just go with it.

To what do you attribute your success

Success is long way to go, i attribute to my hardwork and passion in the choosen line of business, also learned to balance emotions with failure and success.
