Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Sunil Mahajan: Idea of kleeto started from need for the personal document management for consumers (B2C), however as part of our journey we learnt that document management requirements for corporate is much more complex and definitely more rewarding, so we pivoted and switched to document management services for corporate clients (B2B).
Great Companies: What are the various Services provided by Kleeto
Sunil Mahajan: Document Management (physical & digital), document storage, document workflow management, employee file management, employee onboarding process, employee offboarding, invoice processing, digital signature for documents with workflow, Encrypted QR code generation and management for self verifying documents. We basically manage documents in physical and digital form and manage all phases of documents (document generation, document collection, document distribution, document archival and document consumption)
Great Companies: What makes Kleeto different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Sunil Mahajan:
We support end to end processes, most of the companies support one or other part of document management but none does end to end process management. We make processes adapt to customer requirements and create solutions for our customers and not make customer processes adapt our products, services or solutions.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Sunil Mahajan: TRUST is the biggest challenge that we face, outsourcing of confidential document management processes to 3rd parties requires a huge amount of trust and belief in the partner.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Kleeto?
Sunil Mahajan: We would like to ensure that anything and everything related to documents is managed by kleeto services, kleeto products and kleeto solutions for the corporate environment. We would like to become an internationally recognised brand in the next 5 years.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Sunil Mahajan: Patience and perseverance. No success can be achieved in a short time so stay put and focus on end goals.
