Great Companies: How do you manage to gain trust of your customers/clients?

Sudhish KT: We believe in consulting rather than selling, we help clients in getting all information like features & Pricing of products from various insurance companies and leave the decision to choose with the customer, but we ensure the Insurance products whichever we are provide would be the best ones. We follow VCP Process (Visibility -> Credibility -> profitability) which means whenever clients’ needs us especially during medical emergencies we are there to settle the claims which increases our credibility and in turn we get more reference from that particular client leading to profitability

Great Companies: What all challenges did the company face to establish itself?

Sudhish KT: Generating new clients was the biggest challenge we faced, we did door to door sales, Handling out pamphlets, sending brochure, cold calling, digital marketing, social media marketing, mailers and what not in different phases. Finally after 5 years we realised existing customers are our brand ambassadors and customer referrals are your life line for business. Today 100% of our new client acquisition are only through referrals.

Sudhish KT: We are honest in providing quotes, we always suggest a insurance policy as if it is for a family member, we don’t sell Insurance we help people buy an Insurance so that during the most critical stage in life ie., medical emergencies they don’t need to rely on someone else. We believe Health Insurance is an Investment which gives high returns during the most critical part of ones life.
