What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now
The challenges have been many, starting with professional, personal and societal. In fact thanks to the challenges I had met on the way, and overcame, today I am the author of the book, Setback Leadership. This book talks about some of the prominent challenges I have faced, along with other leaders and how they overcame them.
What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs
My simple message would be to keep focusing on WHY you want to do what you want to do. And keep taking action. Because taking action is the only thing that will help you progress.
To what do you attribute your success
My ability to quickly moving from thinking to doing. I am hard core doer, and I believe if I have to quickly achieve success, then I must be in a position to take action quickly. Also, failures or challenges don't deter me. They in fact help me find creative and unique solutions to the challenges. Making it easier the next time.
