Shuvam Panda: My career has always been in software & marketing. Since my childhood I was very interested and did explore about IT knowledge, I was always sure that I will start my own company as from class 3 I have started my journey in business.

As the name suggest, we are unique. We are not competing with any other companies. We have our own path to follow to create new milestone day by day.We provide the desired & unique design for our clients. For us our every each customer is important. We provide Best client service and support. This is what makes us different from hundreds of other IT Companies.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Shuvam Panda: In this 9 years of journey we have faced so many obstacles, during my startup period due to less amount of funding we got little exposure in marketing. We faced other struggles as well. Day by day we learnt and grew. This is really a Roller coaster ride.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for The Unique Culture?
Shuvam Panda: We obey the only agenda to serve our customer so that we will make us grow in the future. And if I tell you about 5 years before, at that time we had a single cabin office and a single Branch only in Bhubaneswar with very minimal knowledge. But in this 9 year we have learnt so many things. So did we grew.

Shuvam Panda: 1Peace of advise that have a clear vision of where you want to go and the timeline for getting there & automatically your surrounding will change.
