And all this while generating dignified employment opportunities to many. What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

The biggest challenge is creating a market for Upcycled products. The key is work on

creating awareness and changing consumer perception of upcycled products. The other challenge has been with quality of products. This was overcome by focussing on setting up in-house production teams where tight quality control is maintained with zero compromise on finish or design.

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Dare to dream and don't be bound by role playing.

To what do you attribute your success I believe that every individual can do her/his bit to make a difference. I am doing my bit. The journey has just begun.
