Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?


Seema Purkayastha Roy : The first and easiest place to come up with a business idea is through my own experiences. As I belong to a small town of Assam had many hurdles in my life so, after quitting my corporate job I came with my own startup Projexel Foundation.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?


Seema Purkayastha Roy : Learning new things is always a challenge for me. But with my sincere efforts, hard work I make them look easy and simpler. It is a better way to handle any challenge. Toughest Challenges faced by me are when I start my venture.


Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Projexel Foundation?


Seema Purkayastha Roy : In five years, I see myself as an integral part of the society, and contribute towards the growth and success as Faster, More Inclusive and Sustainable Growth". I would like to continue developing my skills and knowledge in order to be able to take on more responsibility for the people I am working for society.

Seema Purkayastha Roy : Don't compare yourself to others. Your strengths and weaknesses are your own, and you have your own path to pave. Enjoy the ride without looking at how others are paving their way
