Sandip Nakhate, Director at SPN Globe

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Sandip Nakhate : I began my career in IT Recruitment after completing my Computer Engineering and MBA degrees. I had the notion to establish my own firm in a similar business line in my first year of employment, but it took me ten years to put it into action. Finally, after 10 years of experience working for numerous reputable software companies, I launched my own firm two years ago.

Great Companies: What are the various Services provided by SPN Globe?

Sandip Nakhate : We are a corporation that specialises in IT recruitment. We now service over 20 clients, including MNC IT companies.

Great Companies: What makes SPN Globe as Owners Foundation different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Sandip Nakhate :

You do not need to be concerned about the competition if you are a perfectionist in your field. We earn confidence by offering on-time, honest, sincere, and excellent service with our best skills. It makes no difference whether it is billed or not. The objective is to provide a perfectly reliable service, and you must be excellent to do it.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for SPN Globe?

Sandip Nakhate : When I first started at SPN Globe two years ago, I was the sole employee. I now have a strong team behind me. They are always studying with my objective of becoming perfectionists. My single monthly tax is now more than double of what my last drawn salary was, and I gladly pay it. From the begining, every month gets better than the one before it. This gives me and the rest of the team a sense of accomplishment. We will soon be the top brand since we have a clear vision of what we want to achieve.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Sandip Nakhate : The key is knowledge. Examine your company concept in depth. Start with confidence and honesty. Make sure you learn from your mistakes. It's all up to you to achieve success.
