Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Dhwani Doshi: Graphics & New Media Design demand was in the rise in 2005 - 2006. There were not many design graduates coming out of legacy institutes. My idea was to study hard and get early industry experience and excel by fulfilling the needs of this fast and upcoming industry back then.
Great Companies: What are the various services provided by Creative Chase Design?
Dhwani Doshi: We exist to create good design & brand strategy to advertise any product, service and idea imbibed with philosophies that I grew up with.
Great Companies: What makes Creative Chase Design different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Dhwani Doshi: We have understood our strengths and positioned ourselves in a bracket that we know is much needed by the industry. Creative Chase has been known not as a hi-end advertising agency nor are we your run of the mill designers. We are a house of design that offers brand and strategy solutions as a boutique graphic and new media design agency.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Dhwani Doshi: Upkeep and upgradation of Human Resource in a service based industry is one of the most challenging parts while we were progressing ahead. We have overcome this by constantly learning new things, updating the use of technology, upgrading skills, collaborating with new age design professionals and sharpening our business strategy using design thinking at work.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Creative Chase Design?
Dhwani Doshi: We aspire to build a team that's more technology savvy with the new and upcoming genres of Ai. We hope to have an eclectic mix of team members with diversity in age, orientation, vision and different walks of life. Five years down the line, we aspire to work on superior projects, have a stronger hold on overseas projects and build a sustainable team and business.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Dhwani Doshi: It is easy to earn money - but not so easy to know how to manage it as a young entrepreneur or simply an individual. As much as it is important to build skills and network - it is queally vital to be literate financially.
