Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Ronak Vora: I was always into weight training and into the idea of self-improvement as I had confidence issues while growing up so I had to make myself strong mentally and physically. I had to do it by myself because gym trainers weren't that reliable.
I saw around me that a lot of men were struggling to get fit, build a strong mindset, improve confidence and had to overcome laziness but they had no support system or exact guidance. Going to the gym is not going to solve your problems.
That's when I decided to build the "men's fitness community"
Great Companies: What are the various services provided by your company?
Ronak Vora: We're India's best & 1st personal development community for men.
We help men in 3 major areas - "Mind, Body & Attitude". That's our patented framework. We are the only holistic coaching service provider for men.
Great Companies: What makes your company different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Ronak Vora:
Our approach, our accountability & our vision is what makes us different and unique. To be honest, we don't consider there is any competition. We believe in collaboration.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Ronak Vora: Initial struggles personally was to convince my parents and to start this movement after quitting my job.
2nd challenge was to educate our audience and establish ourselves in the market. As we are entirely boot strapped, finances were our challenges. But, ultimately our clients helped us grow because they saw the results and kept spreading the word.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for your company?
Ronak Vora: We are now looking at expanding our services and have every man in India use our service with our easy to buy "MFC Membership Plan" so that he can improve himself and be the role model for his kids & society. We want to make men Strong again.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Ronak Vora: It's going to be messy, have people around you, be a giver of value & love and it will come back to you in multifold. Don't fight the battle alone.
