How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
I came up with the idea of Qwaiting when my friend and I had to wait a long time to be seated at a restaurant. It was frustrating to invest so much time there to buy the food. On that note, I thought of developing a solution to help businesses manage queues efficiently. Upon analysis, we found that industries such as banks and healthcare facilities faced the same challenges with customer flow, especially during peak hours. I researched and studied the queuing system extensively day and night. After two years of hard work, Qwaiting was launched.
