It will be a convergence platform where ideas, philosophies, challenges, innovation & market dynamics will be exchanged to shape the future of Learning & Sill Development Industry. With this sustainable communication channel in place between the two bodies we envisage to Institutionalise Learning & Skill Development in India.

What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

It all started when I was pursuing TTT Training program to be certified as a Trainer while running my training consulting firm. I realised that that freelance Trainers are struggling to get business and as consultant I alredy know that corporates too searching for right trainer and that's how I launched an online platform for trainers and corporates to come together and connect to each other . I had to go through lot of hard ship to convince the trainers for using the online platform 5yrs back as they were not very good at using online. I had organised many workshops to help them create online presence and how to market themselves to get more business from the industry. Presently at LearningLinkups we have more then 2000+ trainers , facilitators, coaches across India and we have help them to get good business from corporates.

What message you want give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

“Whatever you do, be different – that was the advice my mother gave me, and I can’t think of better advice for an entrepreneur. If you’re different, you will stand out.”

To what do you attribute your success

To my parents learning, hardwork, never say never, dream big.
