  • One of the biggest pain areas identified is that the courses in the market are not training coaches to create a long-lasting transformation. The sessions create motivation for some time, and it's unsustainable for clients. Coaches get drained/less energy after coaching clients because they fall into their clients' stories, and the aim is to help them follow the process and not fall into unresourceful states. The market courses do not offer a lifetime community of Life coaches practicing transformation every week (practice sessions are run 4 days/per week/per month, for 11 months/per year). A support system has been created for them to utilise it to get coached by each other for a lifetime without paying any extra cost.

  • Deep identification of needs: With all due respect, HR's come directly to topics without going deeper into specific examples of "What are the problems and what specific are the examples of the problem?" Identification of needs is an area that is overlooked, and the market is ready to do the sessions without getting deeper into the cause. The intention is to find examples, identify patterns of teams, brain programs they are doing, leadership styles, vision, and how to integrate that into the program. This has been highly appreciated by HR, Learning and Development, and organisational leaders.


Challenges Faced During the Journey:

  • The program offered needs patience and commitment to practice.

  • Clients want fast teaching rather than going deeper into the studies.

  • To convince to go back to school time and just enjoy - the methodology followed is unique, highly inductive, and unconscious (like a baby) and adults have to be convinced, and that has been a sweet challenge.

  • Because so many things are offered, the price is premium and the aim is to reach all masses, convincing everyone to pay such a premium price is challenging, and education loans are offered to support their learnings.

  • Study for oneself: One great challenge is to be updated not by studying books but by practicing techniques on one's brain and body and achieving results.

  • Motivating the team: The team feels demotivated at times because the percentage of conversion was low when the company started. Now, stories speak for themselves.


Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:

  • Do work because it is wanted and not to prove something to people.

  • Remember to take care of physical and mental health.

  • Make sure to have finances on hand.

  • Focus on contribution to the industry and the community.

  • Never give up if you believe in your idea.

  • Dress up before starting the day with a great smile.

  • Learn from each mistake; there is no mistake, only feedback.

  • Create new strategies for influencing.

  • Smile every moment and open your arms to challenges like - hey storm, come over, let's do it together!
