Rajesh Setia: When you work with passion & hobby, the door opens. It like “Kehte hain agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaho … to poori kainath use tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai”
The Idea of my business came like this, when I was working for alumni association as social work ‘to give back to society’ for 15 years for my MBA college and Engineering college, during 2011 the pen paper assessment industry was changing to computer based online assessment's. Starting with 3 test center booking management in Delhi now we are from local to Global, not only Pan India but in abroad also.

Rajesh Setia: We are Startup recognized company, service provider & tech enabler to book and manage test center and nine other ancillary services to deliver computer based online exams across India & Abroad. With total of 558000 testing nodes,3500+ test centers (Engineering colleges, business schools, school & private test centers with computer labs), reach in 448 cities across India and 14 countries we have following listed services below purely for assessment Industry which is repetitive niche market of Rs.20000 Cr with team backup of 45 people.

Great Companies: What makes TESTPAN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Rajesh Setia: We being the trend setter and early bird we are using the technology and innovation for the process and operations required for the delivery of these exam. For Instance we have our live android App on Google Play Store & our own CRM by the name of BookMyTestCenter. We are only company recognized by Startup India amongst our competitors and have virtual space on Startup India portal in virtual showcase portal as service provider company. We also received small grant from FACEBOOK. Also, bagged many of the prestigious awards. Lately we were being shortlisted by Korean Government to represent India as buyer in June 2022.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Rajesh Setia: This sector is unorganized when it comes to delivery of services, not many knows how the system work in this Industry. All big names and brands(assessment companies which are our client, having content and testing engine) they depend for above delivery services on others. It was difficult initially to make them believe on our brands and services we provide. Started with 3 test center booking in 2012 the largest we booked was 700 test centers for 147000 candidates single day single batch in 2018 & lately we booked the test centers in SAARC countries in September 2022 which complete our saying “FROM LOCAL TO GLOBAL”. This was possible only by staying consistent in our services, though few failures are part of the journey but we learnt improved and made Industry accept that we have capacity and capabilities.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line TESTPAN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED?
Rajesh Setia: We say empowered by fantastic 5years and now ready for empowering next five through RESILIENCE-INNOVATION & AUTOMATION.
