Rajat Tewari : I am an Engineer/MBA and have over 30 years of experience in global multinationals. I worked in Sales, Marketing, Branding, Business Management, Global products, Strategy and Consulting. Over time, I recognized I had a natural talent and passion for the critical areas of Organisational Culture, Behaviour, Leadership and Strategy. I also sensed that I had a unique and well tested methodology, which would be useful for numerous organisations across the world. After gaining relevant experience and certifications, I started TranZend Consulting.

Rajat Tewari : Organisational Culture is a powerful force in every organisation, which silently impacts its performance. Unfortunately, many leaders are still not aware of their Culture’s strong influence on their business. So it is a challenge to help leader’s understand about Culture. During implementation of Culture change, it’s critical that the Leadership takes ownership, accountability and leads from the front. That is sometimes missing and makes it difficult to achieve satisfactory results.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for TranZend Consulting?
Rajat Tewari : TranZend sees itself as a global Organisational Culture and Behaviour expert. We are building a comprehensive technology platform, which will help organisations across the world to use our change methodology, tools and practices for improved business profitability and growth. We have launched a six months Culture Coach Experiential program (for Culture Practitioners/Experts) which will help organisations to build Culture
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Rajat Tewari : I believe that success and happiness are achieved when we build a passion and skill for something which is beneficial and offer it humbly to the world. Initially, it might be tough and one is tempted to shift away, but if we persevere, keep building on the skill and maintain the discipline we will achieve our wildest dreams.
