Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Pulkit Garg : The idea for the startup was inspired by the way Zomato had made accessing food joints easy. I have been an avid follower of natural healing practices, Ayurveda and Yoga to be precise. While on my hunt for an Ayurvedic centre, I stumbled upon this idea and decided to start working on it. The first step was to do a survey, which helped me understand that ~ 75% of the sample size of the survey was looking for a solution that made accessing natural healing centres easy. Hence, the journey to build Aanya Wellness started.
Great Companies: What are the various Services provided by Aanya Wellness (Brand by Vividphile Wellness Private Limited)
Pulkit Garg : We are an integrated preventive healthcare discovery platform based on natural healing. Our prime array of services include wellness tourism and corporate wellness, along with online wellness services for preventive healthcare consultation, yoga classes, mental health services etc.
Great Companies: What makes Aanya Wellness (Brand by Vividphile Wellness Private Limited) different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Pulkit Garg:
The key focus for Aanya Wellness is natural healing; as per the research done by our abled team, there are a plethora of platforms but they are working in their own specific niches. As a platform our focus is to build an altruistic ecosystem for all such players and make it easier for the end customer to find the right package/solution for them. Two of the key areas where we are striving for are preventive healthcare and natural healing.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Pulkit Garg: The current wellness industry is highly unorganised and over 70% is unstandardised. While ease of accessibility to preventive healthcare is evolving, the wellness practices are not well defined and this is the challenge that we at Aanya Wellness are working on resolving.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Aanya Wellness (Brand by Vividphile Wellness Private Limited)?
Pulkit Garg: In next 5 years we aim to have expanded to international markets across Dubai and Middle-East, The US, The UK, Scandinavian Belt, and the South Asian region. We have already started with tie-ups with few international startups in the wellness space, and looking to work closely with more such brands. Aanya Wellness through its tech-enabled platform aims at empowering and bridging the gap between wellness seekers and wellness providers across the globe.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Pulkit Garg: Get up, dress up, and show up! It's going to be hard, but then isn't living with a broken dream or regret.
