Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Pradeep Mokal: I had worked as an emplolyee for more than a decade, then to explore more in my core skills, I have opted for a business, I was into sales, marketing & advertising industry, mainly in Exhibition Industry, Hence had gone through larger scale of social, economical, geographical, cultural and behaviorial patterns of consumers across India. To get most out of these experiences and to excel in the industry I have started with my own Business Solution Company.

Pradeep Mokal:
We at Nishi Adds Solutions Private Limited believes that each Business is Unique at its core, beside that it comes from a same industry or region or any particular aspect of Business. Hence there is a mix of Art, Commerce and Science needed to grow that particular business, means thare are some set methods, some rules of give & get, some commerce factors which are templates to follow and can be worked as a presciption, but the main factor is Art of Doing business, and this only thing can change the growth parametere drasctically, this one thing is our forte, we provide customised solutions to out client along with the prescribed formulas which help them to grow exponantially and in a right way.

Pradeep Mokal: In intial days, organizations was seeking for a Proof of Success, where we were just starting, we didn't had any, similaraly they ask for a background, being non-business background they thought our company doesn't understand their business and it may take much time for it. This was a tough phase for us to gain trust of the business owners.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Nishi Adds Solutions Private Limited?
Pradeep Mokal: We are aiming to be the top Business Solutions providing company by year 2025 in MSME Sector of Maharashtra, then in decade we can go for PAN India.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Pradeep Mokal: We say, what one can imagine is a reality in its own, to make it happen one just need to transform from person to personality, man to manpower, Conceptualization to Actualization, thought to implementation.
