Pooja Gada, CoFounder at The Butterfly Effect Studio

Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Pooja Gada: Being a commercial artist, I wanted to help brands realize their best potential with branding and design solutions that are not only creative but also ROI rendered. And that's how The Butterfly Effect Studio was formed. Clearly going by its name- the butterfly effect, a small change in your marketing and branding strategy can create a much bigger impact in terms of business sales and profitability.

Great Companies: What are the various services provided by The Butterfly Effect Studio

Pooja Gada: Branding & Design, Website Design & Development, Digital Marketing- Social Media Marketing, SEO, Email Marketing.

Great Companies: What makes The Butterfly Effect Studio different from hundreds of other Branding & Digital Marketing Firms?

Pooja Gada:

It lies in our nature to deliver personalized solutions that will be the best for the brand. Not because it's all the rage, or been done by others, but because it's what is needed for the brand. And we don't shy away from calling brands out if something isn't working for them and/or needs to be fixed.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Pooja Gada: A lot of people fail to realize the immense efforts and time invested behind the scenes of our work. It's not just about social media posting- but an entire curation of strategies that keeps the brand running. So it's reasonable to quote as per our expertise. Another struggle is definitely the growing competition in the field.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for The Butterfly Effect Studio?

Pooja Gada: Digital Medium and Branding seems like a never-ending spectrum. Opportunities would be abundant five years down the line. We plan to grow in every aspect— team, workplace, ideas, skills and our commitment towards working with every brand, be it small or big.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Pooja Gada: It's a competitive world, but you can always make it your world. Be honest. Be committed. Be Creative. Challenges aren't meant to be run away. They are meant to faced. And the beauty of them keeps us going forward and grace us with new learnings.
