Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea? Nirav Oza: We are developing Township near Dholera SIR,Gujarat. As Dholera SIR going to become first Special investment regional and kind of first smart city on DMIC-Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor.  Dholera-SIR is Dream Projects of our PM Shri Narendra Modi, and with inspiration of Central Government and State government we done MOU with Gujarat Government and Acquired land to build township with world class amenities. Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company? Nirav Oza: We are providing investment option for all categories of people. where they can chose to invest in plot with range of 60 sq.yrd to 500 sq.yrd. here we are developing 2 big residential townships where investors get prime location advantage, like our Aamani SIR township is located opp of Upcoming International Airport of Dholera and also our second township, Aamani SIR Tahtahstu is located to parallel of Fedra-Pipli highway and excess of 8 lane express way in 5 minutes. Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field? Nirav Oza: As i told earlier we are offering  wide range of investment in plotting where we are developing biggest township with water connection and electric connections. also we are building Land loard clubs for or investors. here in our township all the amenities customers can feel and we already built sample houses. we are the only developer in particular are who is offering plotting scheme with CC roads and facilities.

Nirav Oza: Awareness in people like real estate investors in Dholera is very necessary. there are lot off ponzi scheme are there and looting, so here I would like to give some information on it. like, India will need 20 to 30 new cities in the next decade alone. The state’s solution has been to push for 24 new "smart cities" along high-speed regional transport networks. Dholera is one of these. At 903 sq km, it would be twice the size of Mumbai. It is planned in the "influence zone" of a mega-infrastructure project, the Delhi-Mumbai industrial corridor, which will link India’s political capital Delhi with its economic capital Mumbai, and therefore, so the thinking goes, spur economic growth in the region. Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business? Nirav Oza: Development is main and essential part when you plan to invest in real estate. like location and legal paper are need to be very clear and also we are providing all the facilities to or prospects like site visit and inspection when ever they want. even we are offering pick up and drop facilities for our station customers also. according to me, gain trust of your customers by offering them right product is very important. and this is the most important in our business.
