Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Nimesh Khandelwal: When I used to come at my home during holidays, I faced struggle to get the medicines at home as there was no local player who provide home delivery of medicines and every one was selling medicines on MRP only, whether it is an ethical medicine or generic one. So here, i got an idea to start my own venture, as in today's time most of the families are nuclear and most of senior citizens are having regular BP/sugar medicine. so i started with a full facus on refill customers (target audience)

Nimesh Khandelwal: We deal in prescription medicines, laboratory and health insurance, so we try to offer complete healthcare services to customers

Great Companies: What makes The Pharmacy Store different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Nimesh Khandelwal: We operate on omnichannel model. In Pharmacy sector, there is always a doubt about the authentication of medicines as 90% of the market is still unorganized and majorly of the pharmacy stores hesitate to provide bills. We focused on three things- 1. Maximum discount as we have to compete with online market as well, 2. With Bill medicines 3. Free home delivery

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Nimesh Khandelwal: After doctor, customers (patients), trusts on medical stores, so we worked really hard to customer believe on us. After 1.5 hours of start-up, we faced Covid related challenges and worked like anything and provide home delivery as well.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for The Pharmacy Store?

Nimesh Khandelwal: We are working on how can we provide last mile delivery and connect ourselves with authentic pharmacy store across India to provide delivery with in a day

Nimesh Khandelwal: Trust yourself, have patience and don't loose hope
