Naveen Kumar Shelar: I wanted to serve society by removing the complexity, pain, and hassle of legal problems. I had a vision of creating a platform where any individual or corporate could obtain quick, affordable, and reliable legal Services.

Naveen Kumar Shelar: The practice of law involves giving legal advice to clients, Legal Due Diligence, Legal Audits, drafting legal documents for clients, and representing clients in legal negotiations and court proceedings in all the spectrums of law. Which include Agricultural law, Insecticide laws, Corporate and Commercial laws, IPR, Labour and Industrial laws, Law related to Banking, Financing, and Insurance, Corporate and Commercial Laws, Family Law, Dispute Resolution, Consumer Laws, Negotiable Instruments Act, Criminal and Civil Laws.

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Naveen Kumar Shelar: By God's grace, we have footprints in almost all the states of India. Initially, the local language was a big challenge, like in Bangalore, Kanyakumari, Madurai, Chennai, Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Gujarat, Jammu & Kashmir, West Bengal, etc. Now we have adjusted ourselves to the local languages.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for The Law Office TLO?

Naveen Kumar Shelar: We want to accommodate new technology and be available 24 X 7 to our customers, without the barriers of geographies. We want to grow in numbers as well as in new areas of the law.


Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Naveen Kumar Shelar: Be honest and humble with clients and do everything to make them successful.
