Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Naresh Verma: In the year of 2018 I started my Healthtech venture with the investment of more then 20 Lakh INR, also signed term sheet of $500K for same in 2019 but it took almost 8-10 months for me to find the right & strategic angel investor, at this time i realize that their are multiple startups in various sectors which struggling with same situation and sometimes they need to shut down their venture who can do more better in all sectors, so I saw a need within this industry that wasn't being met and decided to take action by creating a platform of my own. so i inspired to start my Funding Platform which was my passion for the startup ecosystem,

Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

Naresh Verma: When I start My own startup funding platform there was a lot of struggles like - how to support the startups ?, various channels to connect with, how much time it will take to complete first milestone ?, does this business model will work ? & how can we do it effective and attractive from others to go forward ?

So it took times where I employed a variety of strategies From finding the perfect team, researching the competition, discover the best deals, creating good synergies with various VCs and fund houses, by onboarding many startup, understanding entrepreneurs needs and support them needed in their journey, developing an effective and creative plan, and listening suggestions from founders, Investors & my team member, i would say it was an incredible journey for me.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for CAPITX VENTURE?

Naresh Verma: We already have On boarded approx. 800+ angel investors, HNIs on our platform to fund the various startups across every sector, setup Synergies with Indian and overseas VCs, fund houses & family offices to support all stage startups with high ticket sizes, for next 5 year my vision is to help upto 2000+ great Entrepreneurs with fund Raise & providing mentorship so they can scale and became unicorn, also dreaming to Tie up with government to help Startups from School, colleges, universities, as well we will be launching funds upto 500 Crore to support idea and seed stage startups.

Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Naresh Verma: If any founder dreaming about or already start the startup and vision to solve others problems with technology so here are some advice:

Firstly create your MVP and testing your Product market fit, making right team, always prepare business model, define your multiple revenue streams, know your right customer, evaluate the market size, Competitive strength, get some traction & A GREAT VISION.
