Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Naomi Thomas: After working in the Event Management space and travelling around the world with my grandmother, I ended up working for Flight Centre and then several other agencies from home. After 13 years I stared my own agency.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?

Naomi Thomas: Mostly International travel for corporate travellers and group travel.

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Naomi Thomas: After travelling the globe and working in travel for over 15 years, experience really is everything.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Naomi Thomas: Right now, business is very hard. People don't really know how we get paid. The price is the same going direct! We get paid by the suppliers. Meaning people pay a gross amount and we then pay a net amount and the margin in between is how we get paid. Although this margin is small, people think we "add on money" and it "costs more" which is simply not true.
