What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

Sustaining, Growth and scaling pose various challenges from time to time. Marshall's has grown to 48 showrooms across India with 2 more business verticals Elite Living for Furnishings and Quick Homes for complete home interiors. We are a team of 300+ people across India.

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Women have some very unique qualities like taking Responsibility, Commitment, Connect, Multi-tasking, Discipline to build and grow any business. They sometimes lack support and sometimes confidence. I strongly recommend women to take up this challenge and prove themselves......if they can run a Home Enterprise like a CEO, business is not very different.

To what do you attribute your success

My Father is my Mentor and Guide - his guidance has made me and Marshall's grow, Family Support is again most crucial to allow me dedicate time to my work and my passion to build the organisation.
