Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Melina Lipkiewicz: I was working in leadership roles in the corporate sector travelling a lot and felt I needed to do something more purposeful. Emotional intelligence was always an interest and passion in my roles and so decided I wanted to support other leaders to grow and benefit from understand how emotional intelligence can make a difference to their lives. And then PeopleQ was born, with purpose, focused on the People quotient of a business.
