Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Maulik Tanna: Since my college days I was very much keen to explore & use social media platforms as at that time Orkut and Facebook came into the picture. Later on, I started working in an academic field as an Assistant Professor for almost 9 years and during that time I was in charge of social media channels of my department in university where my interest turned into the passion for social media and that’s the moment when I decided to start my own venture of social media.

Maulik Tanna: SanBharti Digital provides a many digital branding and marketing services in B2B segment like Social Media Marketing, Content Creations, Google Ads, Reels & Video marketing, Ads Design, Graphic Design, Website Design, Instagram AR Filter & Stickers creation, SEO, Email Marketing etc. SanBharti Digital also provides a training with certification programs for students who want to build their career in Digital Marketing Field.
Great Companies: What makes SanBharti Digital different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Maulik Tanna: Usually we never compare our service with other competitors while dealing with customer. Our main USP is we’re more customer focused. We usually fill the gap between what exactly customer needs & what they have right now. Our primary process for any new customer is to first go through the standard audit of their existing social media channels and then we discuss more about customer’s expectations so that we can provide a fully customized service pack which exactly fits to their actual need. We also provide on paper commitments about our results which we deliver to client for their social media channels and at the end of each month we also provide a performance report. These all things make our customer very much convinced and we gain their trust easily.
Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?
Maulik Tanna: I think none of the business can be successful without challenges. At initial stage I also faced challenges about how to drive customers to my business and if anyone comes then how to convince them as everyone was asking us to show our past work portfolio and obviously this is the most crucial situation for any fresh business to convince customers with zero projects on records. Hence, I never distracted with these things and I kept showing my skills & service details on social media stories regularly and then the day came when phone started ringing for inquiries. I closed my first deal for social media marketing service and this is how my journey started.
I strongly believe that we should showcase everything about our work, mission, achievement etc on social media to let the people know everything about you which makes your process very easy to convince them for deal.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for SanBharti Digital?
Maulik Tanna: As we all know that in the technology world, everything updates so rapidly that a small gap in learning new things can throw you out from the market. To be align with a new age technology we have to evolve in our business in all possible ways. We already started using many AI (Artificial Intelligence) tools in our routine business operations which increase our value of service, productivity & we never running out of new fresh content ideas which is to be apply in our marketing campaigns. Secondly World also moving
towards Metaverse technology which is used to give an immense AR & VR experience to the users on digital platforms so we have already jumped in that direction and exploring all possible ways which we can add into our service later on. A simple logic to grow our business is to give best & result driven experience with the help of new age technology.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Maulik Tanna: If you’re really looking for your own startup then I advise to study the market first and understand consumer’s behaviours & psychology in whatever industry you’re interested. Identify some successful existing players and see what’s are in high demand and what thing works well for consumers. Along with that create a best consumer focused business model where you’re not only providing service but also solving consumer’s problem. Second, the key factor to scale your business massively is technology. Try to apply technology as much as possible in your business functionalities whether its for marketing, research, communication, production, sales, service, data management, payment etc. This will help you a lot and last but not the least, keep learning new things for your business. The more you learn, the more you can grow.
