Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?
Mark Wisdom: We can help you through the property purchase or remortgage process from start to finish, giving you more than just a great mortgage product, but also someone independent from the rest of the process that will give you honest advice and help all the way through.
Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?
Mark Wisdom: The list is long as we pride ourselves in checking every available option prior to making our recommendations. To name but a few- Residential mortgage, Product Transfers, Porting, Further Advances, Buy To Let, Let To Buy, Second Charges and later life lending (RIO & Equity Release).
Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?
Mark Wisdom: Every one of my customers is guaranteed to receive plain speaking advice, saving you time and money and I am fully accountable for my advice under the FCA giving you peace of mind.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Mark Wisdom: As the impacts of COVID19 continue, not only impacting on peoples income but also lenders ever changing requirements that a person has to meet to be accepted it is understandable why the appetite to review your finances or look to move may be diminished. That said, we have invested heavily in getting hourly updates from all lenders, using large database that can help locate the right lender in real time based on a person’s individual circumstances. Those that have spoken to us over the last 8 weeks have been surprised by just how easy we have made changing mortgage and the money we have saved them at this difficult time.
Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?
Mark Wisdom: A business has to be credible and place client journey at the heart of its process. In a market where clients can shop around and read reviews of business's far more easily than in the past, getting this wrong will often deter a client making contact with your firm regardless of how good you may be.
