How did you get your idea or concept for the business?


The idea for Trutale Media originated from our extensive experience in marketing strategy, where we identified a clear gap between brand expectations and what agencies were delivering. Brands were craving authentic, purpose-driven narratives that engaged audiences on a deeper level and drove real-world impact. Yet, agencies often relied on superficial, attention-grabbing content that failed to create lasting connections or emotional resonance.


We also realized that in today’s fast-paced market, timing and relevance are critical. Take a Diwali campaign, for example—you need to plan several months ahead to maximize its impact. Otherwise, you risk being out of sync with the audience. That insight led us to ask: what if we could leverage AI-powered insights to not only craft story-driven content but also deliver it at the optimal time for maximum audience engagement?


By integrating AI-generated content with advanced data analytics, we can fine-tune our campaigns for better targeting, personalization, and real-time optimization. This enables us to create and deliver authentic content at the perfect moment, driving both brand awareness and consumer action. The journey with Trutale Media hasn’t been without its challenges. One of the biggest struggles we faced early on was building credibility in a highly competitive media landscape. When we started, the market was saturated with agencies that prioritized quantity over quality. Convincing brands to trust us with an authentic, impact-driven approach was difficult. We overcame this by focusing on delivering exceptional results with our initial projects. By producing content that genuinely resonated with audiences and delivered value, we gradually built a reputation for quality and trust.


Another major challenge was producing localized content in multiple languages and reaching diverse, regional audiences. It was tricky to navigate the cultural nuances of each community, especially when we started working in rural areas. To tackle this, we partnered with local talent and experts who understood these nuances, ensuring our content was not only authentic but also deeply relevant to each audience.


Finally, as we scaled, managing timelines and expectations while maintaining high-quality content became a real challenge. With tight deadlines, especially around major campaigns or events, we had to stay agile and organized. We learned to work smarter, prioritize, and collaborate closely with clients and partners to ensure that our content was delivered on time, without compromising on quality.


Ultimately, our approach has always been to turn every challenge into an opportunity to learn and grow—staying true to our values while adapting to the ever-changing media landscape.


How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Trutale Media?


In the next five years, our vision for Trutale Media is to evolve into the ultimate aggregator of agencies—a one-stop destination for every brand’s marketing needs. Rather than just being a content creator, we aim to become the go-to partner for brands, offering a comprehensive suite of services through strategic collaborations with other agencies across the industry.


Here’s how we plan to grow:

  1. Expanding Our Reach: We’ll extend our presence across India and globally, focusing on regional and international markets. By creating more localized content in diverse languages and tapping into new audiences, we’ll ensure our stories reach further and wider, building a stronger global footprint.

  2. Becoming the Ultimate Agency Network: Our goal is to position Trutale Media as the ultimate aggregator of specialized agencies for brands. We’ll build a robust network of creative, digital, PR, and strategy agencies, allowing us to provide tailored solutions for every brand requirement. By connecting the best talent and resources, we’ll offer a seamless experience for brands, no matter the challenge.

  3. Diversifying Content and Formats: We’ll continue to innovate with new formats like interactive content, AR/VR experiences, and long-form documentaries. We’ll also expand into OTT platforms and emerging technologies to ensure our storytelling remains at the cutting edge of digital media.

  4. Talent Development and Innovation: We will focus on nurturing a diverse, innovative team by investing in training programs, creative partnerships, and collaborations with emerging talent. This will allow us to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously push the boundaries of storytelling.


Five years down the line, we see Trutale Media as the central hub for brands looking to make an impact through meaningful content. We’ll provide not just stories, but complete marketing ecosystems—combining the best agencies and talent to meet every brand's evolving needs.


If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?


I’m not big on motivational advice because everyone’s journey is unique, and each person needs to find their own way. But if I were to share what worked for me, it’s this:


Be a salesperson for at least one year if you want to be a business owner. Sales teaches you how to communicate, how to understand people, how to handle rejection, and most importantly, how to sell your vision. The skills you learn in sales—whether it’s negotiating, persuading, or building relationships are the foundation of any successful business. It's an invaluable experience that will serve you throughout your entrepreneurial journey.
