Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Manjul Krishnan: Idea was very simple as we know the fact that everyone now a days is on internet and searching for everything that they need so we jumped into this ,our Idea was not so unique many other companies doing same type of business but our location was a big task as state like Bihar and Jharkhand is not a corporate or industrial state where you can not go easy. We started as social event planners and now we are into wedding business also and working on bringing all the vendors of these states on a single platform.

Manjul Krishnan: As i have told you we started our service from social event planner and now we are into wedding planning services , corporate events ,Photography and generating leads for local vendors and providing customer base on no commission basis.

Manjul Krishnan:
Many service providers come and go from the market but we are standing in the small market just because of our creativity in our work. Creativity in our work and proper marketing in the market makes our organization different from others. Marketing plays a very important role because it's a show business where you have to show people how you are different from others.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Manjul Krishnan: Challenges come with every project as every customer has a different budget , different choice and matching their choice with their budget is the biggest challenge in this industry.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Event Panda?
Manjul Krishnan: Growth is something which u cant target in this industry because as this covid situation going on all entertainment sectors are loosing hopes but this can't go long all we can hope for the best and 5 year down the line i will be 5 times much better position than now.

Manjul Krishnan: Have patience and be real. Do less projects but unique projects.
