What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

Being a women, practicing in the field of industrial was difficult. I had to learn all skills like wood cutting, metal work, machining etc so that I can independently craft my products. Learning skills and business, shifting offices due to marriage relocation, Staffing new employees have started my journey on a new horizon again.

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Leadership is about making others better as a result of your presence and making sure the impact lasts in your absence

To what do you attribute your success

Struggle and Pain they make you work harder and contribute to success, My family Mom sisters, mother in law, husband are all loving and support me to work and succeed. Very Grateful to them.
