Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Kunjal Karaniya : Being an avid traveller, I use to document all my travel photos, videos and stories under a blog named Unplugged Moments. So when I decided to quit my 10 year old journalism job and start something of my own - I decided to convert my passion and blog into business.

Apart from that, we also cater to basic travel needs like flights, cruise, charter flights, vehicles, local transport, hotels and more.. We also specialize in theme based trips like festive trips, northern lights, mid night sun and more...

I have travelled myself to 35 plus countries along with 2 month long self driven roadtrips to Balkans & East Europe and still going on.. I use my experience and expertise in planning your customized travel plan... We don't do traditional plans but encourage to travel as a true traveller rather than tourist.. This is our USP which sets us apart..
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Kunjal Karaniya : Challenge of people valuing customized travel plan in India as people tend to simply take the plan and book on own without realising the effort put it. Apart from that, lot of unhealthy competition in the market, wherein the margins are dropped rock bottom.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Unplugged Moments ?
Kunjal Karaniya : As of now we cater only to references and no walk-ins. In future we would like to reach the masses too with maintaining the quality

Kunjal Karaniya : Just take the first step, keep hustling and rest will follow.
