Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Kunal Rajeshbhai Pitala: Statistics says that approximately 4.00 Lacs trees of 60 feet height each are being cut in order to make wooden pencils only in India. This is great matter of concern and volume needs to be brought down for saving our Mother Nature.

We are into manufacturing of pencils made from recycled newspapers, recycled papers and also into pens made from recycled kraft paper since 2017 having equal stength, easy to sharp with normal sharpner, fineness in writing and most importantly safe for children because our pencils are EN-71 (part 3) certified with 2B Darkness.

Way back in 2017, i was planning to set up something, a new venture but was not clear enough of the directions to go. During this stage our Honourable PM Shri Narendra Modi had started Go-Green Initiative to save our mother nature avoiding use of plastics and other items. This Go-Green initiative motivated me to do something for environment and from this i decided to jump in this Eco-Friendly manufacturing business.

Kunal Rajeshbhai Pitala: Our basic products are "Recycled Pencils" made from Newspapers & Paper and apart from this we have other different products which are self developed.

1. Seed Newspaper Pencils (pencils that grow in plant by keeping it in pot).

2. Newspaper crayon Pencils (10 vibrant colours).

3. Customized Newspaper / paper pencils (customized with name of clients / corporate).

4. Plantable Books (Books that grow in a plant).

5. Kraft Paper Paper Pen.

7. Seed Kraft Paper Pen (pens that grow in plant by keeping it in pot).

8. Seed Balls (Balls that grow in a plant).

Kunal Rajeshbhai Pitala: Approximately a 20-feet Pine tree needs to be cut down to make 2500 pencils and there are over 15 billion pencils produced worldwide every year so you think how much trees we cut down every year.

Through adopting Recycled Paper Pencils and Seed Recycle Paper Pencils every one of us can contribute for environment. As you know for manufacturing for 15 billion pencils per year we need for about 60,000 trees. If we adopt recycled paper pencils then we save these all trees and make our mother earth greener.

These Recycled/Upcycled Paper/Newspaper Pencils are 100% wood or polymer free and we used high quality waste paper. The waste paper which used for manufacturing for these Recycle Paper Pencils is properly cleaned and makes human friendly.

Kunal Rajeshbhai Pitala: Usually people have a tendency to buy things which are much in demand and which we are using it since our childhood and in case of pencil also it's the same thing.

People are yet not properly educated / aware of this product.

Buyers need to understand the stage in which we are right now amid this global warming and try to opt for products which are eco-friendly and thus helping mother nature.
