I have over 20 years experience in Real Estate specializing in boutique style property management. I provide my landlords and tenants with peace of mind, am a phone call away and have direct contact with my clients. They do not have to go through a channel of people to get through to me.

Kellie Trubiano: I guess my challenges would be the unexpected issues that arise such as maintenance. Timelines. Maintaining worth regarding fees.

Kellie Trubiano: Constantly improve business processes: to become more efficient and productive, and to respond to market changes and analyzing my competition. Always moving forward by staying focused and being creative on all social platforms.
