We have a hotel business in beautiful Dhulikhel which is recognize as one of the beautiful hill station in Nepal. It's hard and challenging to do hotel business as a women as it is considered as men job but I have accepted all the challenges as business is not about giving up it's about hard work and passion. I have taken loan to do the business and I am able to pay interest and manage the hotel till date with loads of struggle. We have 25 rooms and two seminar halls. Thank you 😊 Jyotsna Sainju

What challenges have you overcome to reach where you are now

Challenges are - paying interest of loan, managing as a women, understanding within family, unhealthy competition in the market, hard to find good mapower or resources.

What message you want to give for other aspiring women entrepreneurs

Take challenges, take risks without taking risk you can not make it to your destination. Don't be afraid to take loans, be kind to everyone.

To what do you attribute your success

To my family and friends, to other human being be it men or women who challenged me and who were always on my side, to myself for not underestimating my own capacity. To my dad's friends who thought I would sell the hotel when he demised after battling cancer.
