Ishita Ramani: "Initially I worked as an intern with one of the leading Chartered Accountant firms, I came across the scarcity of legal service providers. There are numerous areas where people are seeking legal advice and consultancy but had no place to go to, that is when I decided to start a company that provided end to end guidance and support to the Businesses enthusiasts."

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Ishita Ramani: Being a mother and a family person it is always a challenge to balance both personal and work life. But because of my family members and the amazing team that I have no matter how difficult time I might have had, I have always been able to manage it pretty well. At times I feel overwhelmed with the fact that we have come this far, which is of course just a beginning! Also as a bootstrapped start-up, we have seen all the ups and downs, as usual, however, none has come close enough for us to stop the journey.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What do 5 years down the line look like for Ebizfiling India Pvt Ltd?
Ishita Ramani: Well, I never believed in giving it a long-term perspective, but one thing is for sure I want my team to grow and spread our expertise knowledge and lend our hand to all the people who are seeking legal and corporate assistance. At the same time to see the growth of every team member of Ebizfiling alongside the growth of the organization itself and keep on venturing into new areas and horizons to give a comprehensive and "one-stop service provider" experience to our clients for all their business needs." Ishita Ramani: One piece of advice that I would like to give to all the people who are wishing to start something on their own would just be "Follow Your Heart and be courageous enough to take that one big step and everything else will follow".
