Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Ishan Lakhina: I always wanted to create stories and was fascinated by the whole process of filming and editing. So, I started back in 2007 while doing my graduation and started making docu-dramas on social causes. Those were early days that gave fuel to my mind and passion to my soul to pursue a career in Advertising. I developed content + Digital strategies for clients like Maldives Tourism, Grand Hyatt Kochi, Rio Fusion Drink, Lapp India, Gera Developers, Sony TV, Bonobology, Axis Bank etc.. and worked as a consultant in Digital Advertising for brands and agencies based out of Mumbai, Pune, Kochi and Gurgaon. After spending over 8 years of an admirable chapter of my career I started Quack Quack Communications in 2018.

At our core lies, 'Storytelling' and 'Innovation'. Apart from having in-house writing and designing expertise, we work with freelance artists and production houses on individual projects to explore 'never seen before' like creatives and stories. We have a network of 2500+ influencers from all over India to make any content piece viral in a go.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Ishan Lakhina: There are two sides to it, Client's Budget (challenge) and 'Passionate Resources' (struggle) and with necessity comes the 'Invention'. There is always a way to make it happen. We find our best possible way to deal with any situation that comes by. We adapt, adopt and adore any kind of situation to make it happen.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Quack Quack Communications?
Ishan Lakhina: Since our inception in 2018, we have had a chance to work with many national and international clients to say; Miss & Mister Supranational UK 2019, Luxe Auto UK, IIID India: Showcase Bhopal & NATCON, Dilip Buildicon, MK Gabino, handles a few Bollywood celebrity profiles and more. Our exclusive content strategies and media capabilities make it a unique proposition for advertisers to work with us. Our horizon is getting bigger day by day as we explore more content generating tools and experts to collaborate with in future. We have a content production studio in a queue to open by next year, so to have high-resolution photoshoots and videos made in-house at a matchless speed and unbounded facilities that will not only save time but also has a cost to it (remember the challenge).
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Ishan Lakhina: There is either Yes or No to do anything. If it's a yes, you are about to enter an industry 'Media and Communication' you should be highly passionate about it. With passion comes creativity and endless innovations. Like every idea is obvious but how to make it great is something that comes with years of experience and learning. So whatever it may be writing, designing or crafting should be everlasting that the world can look up to.
You guys are doing a great job.. keep it up.
