In addition to her academic achievements, Sophie is a certified Hypnotherapist, Hypnobirthing Teacher, and Breathwork Specialist with a particular interest in CBT Hypnotherapy.


She has undergone extensive training with some of the world's leading experts in the field, allowing her to develop a unique therapeutic style that combines evidence-based techniques with profound empathy and insight.


Natasha is a certified Hypnotherapist, Neurolinguistic Programming Practitioner, and Sleep Expert. She is committed to helping individuals transform their thoughts and emotions by combining the deep subconscious reprogramming of hypnotherapy with the strategic behavioural techniques of NLP. Additionally, she has a passion for helping people overcome a variety of sleep issues, believing that better sleep results in improved mental clarity, emotional stability, increased focus and concentration, more motivation, and better overall wellbeing.
