Great Companies:  How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Ganesh Verma:  Well, I worked in the IT field before I started MoogleLabs. During this period, I saw a gap between the  technologies that were coming in and the time it took IT companies to offer services to them.

Therefore, I came up with the concept of MoogleLabs – an organization made to focus solely on  revolutionary technologies. I believe that the ideal workplace challenges you, encouraging you to grow  and that is what I wanted my entrepreneurial venture to be.

Great Companies:  What are the various services provided by MoogleLabs?

Ganesh Verma: Well, every latest service you can think of, be it artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language  processing, data analytics, metaverse, blockchain services, DevOps, or Internet of Things, we deliver.  Additionally, we have a team of research and development, along with consultants, always pushing of  boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Great Companies:  What makes MoogleLabs different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Ganesh Verma: That we partner with our clients. The biggest contributor to our parameters of success is what results  our solutions bring to our clients. We want them to succeed and that means we dedicate our efforts to  creating the best possible solution for every one of them. Of course, the solution changes depending on  the pain points that the company wants to address.

Great Companies:  What were the struggles and challenges you faced, and how did you overcome them?

Ganesh Verma: I did start this company during some of the most turbulent times the people of our generation have  seen till now. So, I have seen a fair share of struggles and challenges right from the start. Getting our  first client as an independent organization was one. Setting up a remote office in the times of pandemic  was another. As for overcoming them, being a problem-solver definitely helps.

Great Companies:  How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for MoogleLabs?

Ganesh Verma: With artificial intelligence at new heights and vast acceptance in today’s world, the sky is truly the limit  for MoogleLabs. As an organization, we are focused on creating the perfect solutions for our current  clients, and getting the opportunity to help others leverage the technology is another goal that we are  striving towards. In the next 5 years, I am determined to take this venture to new heights, creating  state-of-the-art solutions that make the world a better place for everyone.

Great Companies:  If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Ganesh VermaFor those embarking on their entrepreneurial journey, my advice is to balance careful planning with  decisive action. Take the time to create a solid plan, but remember that deadlines are crucial—both in  the early stages of building your business and in its ongoing operations. Set realistic yet firm deadlines,  and most importantly, stick to them. Without this discipline, you risk getting stuck in the comfort zone  of endless planning, which can hinder the momentum needed to turn your vision into reality.
