Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
Ganesh Kudale: I have started my career from Dec-2000 as a computer operator in Comet Motors and due to my keen interest in learning new things, analytical power, managerial and organising skills I had got promoted as a manager within two years from joining date. As a manager I had worked in three companies from 2003 to 2014. In 2011 I was promoted as a CEO of Khodiyar Motors & Khodiyar Motocorp Pvt Ltd because of my tremendous performance 300% growth for consecutive two years. When I joined KM in 2009, the company strength was: 1 branch, 15 team members and after my involvement, in 2013 company strength was: 125 team members, 5 branches, 8 middle level management team.
I have left that company in 2013 as no more improvement were possible because both companies were performing on its excellence level with working on autopilot mode. Now I have decided to tried my skills in diff field and that’s why I joined Maxmedia, multi branches photo studio where owner was facing lot’s of challenges in management and sales. I have joined this company to challenge myself and make a tremendous growth within a year and organisation got promoted in all over Gujarat by Fashion Show Competition designed and organised by me with a help of JCI (Junior Chamber International). After these successful journey of 11 years in management field I have decided to help more SME to grow and then I came up with idea of becoming a business consultant.

Ganesh Kudale: What I learned from my 14 years of career is only two things, 1- Gap analysis; where we stand and where we want to go 2- Action plan to overcome challenges and to achieve goals. We provide all kind of services related to business management and development i.e HR System Integration, System & Process Optimisation, Sales & Marketing Strategy, Production and Quality Control, Inventory Management, Goal Planning, Performance Measurement System, Customer Acquisition and Retention, Team Building and Sill Development, Placement etc
Great Companies: What makes The Virtue Solutions different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Ganesh Kudale:
Only one thing I would like to say and that is, we work with our clients rather than giving solutions only. in market lots of business consultant working right now but some are providing training, some are providing one to one guidance to owner (consultation), some are doing only drafting work like HR documents, Reporting formats etc but no one helps in Implementation at work place. We, The Virtue Solutions understand client’s need, design strategy based on particular industry and owner’s mindset, and then implement it at workplace and face all the challenge with entrepreneur to get best output from strategy planned.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Ganesh Kudale: There are very few entrepreneurs who really want to grow their business and ready to transform themselves 360 degrees. Most of entrepreneurs just want to know about consulting, they just want to enhance their knowledge, these kinds of clients are harmful for themselves and for us as well. Another big challenge is to enlarge the team and retention.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for The Virtue Solutions?
Ganesh Kudale: We constant works on system, we are working on our delivery system for faster implementation of strategy so we can help more SME’s. In next 5 years The Virtue Solutions capability of working with clients will multiply by 5 times.
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Ganesh Kudale: In business, direction is most important than speed so set your goals first and keep working on it, success will be yours.
