Great Companies: How did you get your idea or concept for the business?

Ekta Golchha: We were earlier into IT services only. This gave an opportunity to discuss with clients the problems they were facing in their businesses. A major concern for many small and medium businesses was that they simply did not have the resources to track what their salespeople were doing in the field. Developing a custom solution for each business would not have been cost-effective, which made us work on this SaaS solution.

Ekta Golchha: Our main offering is Delta Sales App, a comprehensive easy-to-use solution that tracks sales team's activities, enables them to order fast with just one click and keeps a track of customer information. Through this app, companies can improve customer engagements, reduce administrative and manual tasks, and accelerate sales.

Great Companies: What makes Delta Tech Pvt Ltd different from hundreds of other similar service providers?

Ekta Golchha:

I believe our app is very easy to use. We have a very fast onboarding process for customers, and a shallow learning curve for sales teams, compared to other apps.

Ekta Golchha: We face challenges due to competition, but we have our USPs which have helped us in winning customers.

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Delta Tech Pvt Ltd?

Ekta Golchha: We aim to help thousands of companies across the globe in the next few years. We plan to grow by partnering with software resellers.
