Duncan Greenfield-Turk - Chief Travel Designer & Managing Director of @luxurylondonguy

Great Companies: Please tell me something about the business and how did you come up with such an idea?

Duncan Greenfield-Turk: I am originally from Cape Town South Africa and have over two decades of global luxury hospitality experience. During my career I have held multiple roles, opened and re-branded hotels and delivered what my clients anticipated and expected, meticulous detail driven service. I set up my company in 2018 with this in mind as I wanted to bring this same work ethic to clients on a more 1-2-01 basis. It is my belief that by leveraging my past experience and continuing to build on my existing relationships, my company @luxurylondonguy is perfectly poised to provide tailored and individual support to each of our clients.

Great Companies: What are the various services and products provided by your company?

Duncan Greenfield-Turk: We craft exceptional experiences centered on our clients’ dreams and desires. Our exclusive partnerships enable us to throw open the doors to a world beyond your imagination. Services Include:

1. Leisure Travel & Events.

2. Business Travel & Events.

3. Honeymoon Travel.

Great Companies: Why should one choose you over others in this field?

Duncan Greenfield-Turk:

My existing clients have told me that I deliver my service with a smile and that I care about delivering the same experience for them no matter the size of their enquiry/booking.

Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?

Duncan Greenfield-Turk: Currently my biggest challenge is “When can the world start to travel again?” This and my business comes via referrals, so growth is much slower.

Great Companies: What do you think are the few main things which are most important for a successful business?

Duncan Greenfield-Turk: Have a plan, have a budget, and be willing to take risks and never ever be afraid to ask for help.
