Dipti Modi: Its a Parental Business as to carry on the legacy of my late father I decided to join the business

Dipti Modi: We mainly aim in After Sales Service of the various Product's namely Industrial , Submersible Pumps and spares we provide, we also engaged in scientific ways of tank cleaning , Reverse osmosis water system for health benefits as well as we also focusing on reducing our Electricity consumption by providing solar Pumps , which is present need of the hour
Great Companies: What makes Allied Pumps different from hundreds of other similar service providers?
Dipti Modi:
As explained we mainly focus on services as we believe that if services is better then business will automatically come , we need to be in customers shoes and understand their urgencies, for us we are available 24*7 , no Sundays , no holidays as water being essential part of our society as well as we are also very expert in providing our best support in guiding them to select best pumps in order to save electricity and their time.
Great Companies: What are the struggles and challenges you face?
Dipti Modi: Sometimes due to unawareness and middle men people are misguided with the wrong selection of Pumps, secondly Industrial pumps and Motors requires huge investment which most of the time we recover after installation , or sometimes 10-20% is retained in PBG for 18 months or so Huge expertise of manpower is required in our field.
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Allied Pumps?
Dipti Modi:
I have a sure short plan of my company to be seen in double digit crossing 20 cr in next 5 yrs, For this several strategies and plans are laid down like -
1) Upgradation of my team Members through various technologies and customised software's
2) Various preparation to overcome financial challenges through govt schemes and updated new resources available
3) Enhance and showcase our products and make it visible to maximum publics through various promotional activities
4) My personal touch in various Association for maximum visibility
Great Companies: If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?
Dipti Modi: My piece of advice to someone who is just starting would be is just two simple words- BE DEDICATED AND CONSISTENT
