Advice for Women Entrepreneurs:
I remember when I was in school & college the top ranks were always taken away by the girls. Today when I look at the corporate hierarchy I see the top management is dominated by Men. Where have all those rank holders gone? Why are they not to be seen? Being a woman I understand how this society expects women to take the responsibility of personal life as a top most priority, which I feel women do it beautifully. At the same time the girl who had topped her school has her dreams deep inside her waiting to soar high and fly. Don't let anything stop you. If a women wants to she can do wonders by balancing her personal and professional life. Don't allow the society to condition your mind.
