Devjit Patra:  We observed that many companies struggled to market their products effectively, and there was also a growing demand for specialized video editing services. To address these two primary needs, we founded Venture Foster Group.

Devjit PatraWe primarily offer video editing services and digital marketing solutions, including Facebook and Google ads, social media management, social media marketing, website development, Android app development, and more.

Devjit Patra:  We distinguish ourselves by delivering the highest quality work within our clients' budgets and always meeting deadlines.


Great Companies: What were the struggles and challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?


Devjit Patra:  Initially, we struggled to secure projects due to the highly competitive market with many agencies. To overcome this, we proactively reached out to clients directly on platforms like LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter). Additionally, we developed a fail-proof project management system that ensures we consistently meet our committed deadlines.

 

Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Venture foster group?


Devjit Patra:  Looking ahead, we aim to significantly expand our service offerings and market reach. In the next five years, we envision Venture Foster Group growing into a leading digital solutions provider, with a strong emphasis on innovative technology and customer-centric strategies. We plan to enhance our capabilities in emerging digital trends and technologies and establish a global presence to better serve our diverse clientele. Our focus will be on continuous improvement, strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional value to our clients.

Devjit Patra:  My advice for someone just starting out would be to focus on understanding and addressing your clients' needs comprehensively. Building strong relationships and delivering consistent, high-quality work will set you apart in a competitive market. Additionally, be adaptable and open to learning—stay updated with industry trends and continuously refine your skills and strategies. Persistence and a customer-centric approach are key to long-term success.
