Dev Lal Sharma: During my past about 4 decades of job experience I was planning to run our own R&D-based company where we can innovate and make the global products available locally at a lower cost for the society. And to minimize the market of multinational's high-value products.

Dev Lal Sharma: We provide R&D services, our Achievements
1. In demand and advice of Nulife Pharma Pune we developed Carbamide peroxide (Omoxide™), a dental whitener.
2. In demand of food processing unit Mr Khareji we developed Omasil® a per lactic acid (safe edible Biocides)
3. In demand of Zyg Pharma and Torrent we have developed Collodion flexible a DG material corn cure medicine provided at low cost locally
4. In demand we developed Colloidal Silver, Silver nitrate, Gold chloride, and Metal Glycinate for clients for the first time in India, Now these products are being sold in the local market, as well as exporting. we are also providing R&D services and consultancy

We have developed these demand products and supply to customers, Our products are unique in India, we provide new products which are not available locally, quality is of international std. some of the products like Collodion flexible, coal tar paste, silver nitrate and castor oil, etc we are exporting to 5 different countries

Dev Lal Sharma: As always challenge to beginners is Resources arrangement (Including money and man) Challenge to develop the product to satisfactory level to suit customers, then market development and creating awareness in people to recognize cheap, local product
Great Companies: How do you plan to grow in the future? What does 5 years down the line look like for Omatek Lab Pvt Ltd?
Dev Lal Sharma: We will develop more such import substitute products, We are eagerly willing to associate with globule companies for finance and marketing to jointly grow, we will set up some more collaborative units to serve science and society in a better manner.

Dev Lal Sharma: Develop and Produce global cost-effective products available locally, also export to grow Also develop new products and technology for future growth, Involve in true honest, innovative business internationally for the benefit of me, for you, and for society (win win win)
